I probably didn't written the root password currectly during installation, so I found a guide on the internet that told me to do something with grub, and then doing the commend, but I cant run this commend because it requires root

@OpenComputeDesign do you know some way to reset user and root configuration without formating the entire os?
@techit Perhaps by booting the instalation media into recovery mode?
@OpenComputeDesign hell I reinstalled Debian again and I am sure what the root password was, it just doesn't work
@techit I hate it when I have an install screwed up by a password. I've done it enough I should really have better advice by now
