neomutt and hostname in message ID..

Lots of people just do:
set hostname=bogus

but why stop there, why not a new hostname for every email you send ?
if you have pwgen installed:
send-hook . 'set hostname=`pwgen -1 10`'
if you have xkcdpass installed:
send-hook . 'set hostname=`xkcdpass -n 1`'
ofcourse.. the simplest:
send-hook . 'set hostname=`shuf -n1 /usr/share/dict/words`'
