This letter came home with my son from school on Thursday.

Now I'm spending my Sunday morning waiting anxiously for his PCR test results.

At 6 years old, he is too young to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Going to use an old Raspberry Pi as an Ethernet-to-Wifi bridge, to try to cut down on some of the wifi interference in my house.

Ideally i'd like to wire ethernet across the house, but I don't think the wife would approve of the cost.

So my phone was just sitting idle, doing its thing, when it decided to reboot on its own. Upon reboot, this appeared. not good...

Fortunately another reboot let it boot up. But now I'm worried.

At least I don't keep anything i can't live without on my phone, save for my OTP stuff. Guess its time to change that.

Monteverde Innova Anniversary Edition in Gunmetal finish

Found this book in my collection, and I have no idea where it came from.

Anyone ever heard of it, or the author?

Found this hat in storage. Wow, that brings back memories.

update disables OOM Killer by default because it wasn't as thoroughly tested as other solutions.

I hate that they had to put that in a patch message, but at the same time I'm glad they didn't hide from it.

Is this November, or is this May? Doesn't feel like November to me

For the record, this is how I voted here in Arizona.

Alright, so there is a "very good reason"(tm) for the ugly folder icons.

Scalable icons to work better with HiDPI monitors and dark modes.

I still don't like it though.

That said, you can now change the icon color, so that's something I can work with.

I wish i could do something about the line spacing though...

OK, maybe the font itself is the same, but I'm not a fan of the new line padding, new color theme, or the new icon theme.

Phew, just finished moving the HDDs over. I had a hard time finding screws that would work
