I can't tell how fast I should be working.
If I work too fast, I feel like I'm tiring myself out and making less money for the same amount of work.
If I work too slow, I feel unproductive and unprofessional. I don't wanna scam my employer, or get fired.

How fast am I supposed to work? I've never to asked to work faster or slower. So idk.

@techit
My grocery store usually has them as either 1L cartons or dried cubes.

@BrodieOnLinux
One might say... You had a hash conflict!

Use better hash functions, folks.

@nergal the idea is you can sell them for a higher cost. And some of these domains/servers were repaid for multiple years but the company or project died.

Oh look it's me updating my profile pictures and name after years!!

@malin I did but it got pretty easy to fill that space up, and since I didn't really restart my computer a lot it just kinda stayed there anyway. I just use a folder in Documents, and delete in when i'm freeing up space.

I've used to much node in the past 2 years that, for the past week, I've been sitting down to work and `npm start`ing my python-flask api.

nvm its all good. A lot of things were stalling there were a lot of broken pupes. idk why. I tried updating the system but everything failed and borked the system. It was fine tho. just reinstalled base and everything is normal. I guess it just needed a restart. Imma guess the RAM and SWAP got filled, which happens when i have Firefox w/100+ tabs, Thunderbird, Postman, Atom, Nextcloud-client, KDE Connect and flask running at the same time... I need to debloat.

`systemctl --user stop gpg-agent` also freezes
gpg-agent.service: State 'stop-sigterm' timed out. Killing.
But that also keeps failing.
btw i tried killing it with sudo and -9 and it still refuses to die.
wtf is happening.

gpg-agent is taking no CPU or ram but my fan spun up. Any ideas?

Weird. GPG isn't signing anything. It was working a second back. It just kinda freezes. I just signed and committed a minute ago and it worked fine.

Does Pixelfed have a mobile app that supports stories? It seems stories are still in beta.

@lufthans @Ghosty
Oh you're right. I need to test this out. Instagram stories are quite amazing, and offer a very good interface. If pixel fed can offer some of the features it would be great. Tho if it doesn't Id rather use mastodon. Else none of my peers are gonna switch.

I feel like every domain you want is taken, and the person isn't even doing anything with it. Its pretty much always parked, or a black page, or an old ass website.

@ajdunevent I've used one of these and it is absolutely amazing. GET IT

@lufthans @Ghosty I was actually building a crossposter. Had it going but insta killed the API.

@lufthans PixelFed doesn't jave stories. I have an account but never use it because it doesn't have it.
I've had next cloud for years but the social features suck ass haha.
I absolutely love Mastodon tho. I've been on this instance for years and loved it. Also had my own instance with @Ghosty and bowner

I'm hosting one soon. Just looking for domain names now. Gonna get my close friends on it.
altmafia.com altmafia.club is what I have in mind. Open to ideas.

After going through a long ass process of connecting my insta to a facebook page, verifying my phone number, making a facebook devoloper account, setting up Facebook login, getting the access token from facebook, I need to verify my app. For which
I need to give them a government ID just to post on Instagram

Instagram's old API is dead and it's under Facebook's Graph API now. Single-handedly killed Instagram for me. Why does Facebook ruin everything I love.

It is so much work to use facebook APIs and there's a new verification step after everything. Pisses me off.
All I should need to post on my *personal account* is my secret token. Which is how it used to be until Facebook ruined it.

Using python after a long time. It is a lot of fun to use.
