@hund the same judge who overseed the Apple vs Samsung fight. Also it's only illegal because they base their license price off the price of the phone, which is high for Apple but quite honestly much lower for over 50% of the devices and the majority of their market. Nobody is angry at Qualcomm except Apple. Especially when the latter stole trade secrets and sold them to Intel but of course said they didn't but also of course they never wanted to go in front of a judge because of course they are clean and pure and they never did it and Qualcomm had absolutely totally no proof about Apple actually screwing them over (/s)
