@iliana close. seems like the typical workflow is you do this, get frustrated, do it yourself, send a PR, have that languish forever, move on to the next project in disgust

Seems it got lost in a refactor/restructuring. Found where it would go though, now just have to find time to spin up a test instance and then monkey around with it...
