Subscribing to people on #peertube is so confusing. I think I might just end up doing it all via RSS feeds...

I turn, key in hand, to go check the inner door.
It is locked.
I rise, half lidded eyes, to check the stove.
It is off.
I check my bus card. My wallet.
I find myself pausing in the middle
of the street to want to go back, to check
the iron I’ve never used. The candles I’ve never
once lit. The heating
that’s been off all summer.
I reach for you, half asleep, half
in another country where it was easier
and harder. But my bed is empty.

I am loving rss feeds again. I stopped using one around the time google reader died, but I started again because I was tired of having stuff I viewed be recommendations rather than stuff I actually subscribed to. I def have to be careful about overdoing it with the feeds, but right now I have a good amount of articles and content to choose from without being overwhelmed.
