I personally prefer Linux distros with a DIY approach to it, but I got to say that Antergos is a really good alternative if you want something close to Arch out of the box with a graphical installer and a desktop environment. I installed it yesterday with the Openbox desktop in a virtual machine and it both looks and works good with minimal effort. :antergos:

@hund I agree with . I prefer and have it on most of my installs but I decided to go with Antergos when setting up my most recent PC last August. I think it is a great alternative for Arch users who have learned their way around The Arch Way but are getting too old to be bothered with starting from scratch every time.

@dpreacher @hund If I understand correctly, Manjaro uses their own repos and wanders a little further from Arch than Antergos. Antergos works directly off of the Arch repos with their own repo added in only for small things like their graphical package manager, their wallpaper packs, some desktop meta-packages, etc.
