i also want to try new launchers but there seems to be slight variations on dmenu or slight variations on rofi

herbstluftwm was not terrible but seems to add extra steps to basic tasks.. .also i keep calling it 'Herbal Slut WM'

Xmonad was super nice too but.. you know, screw Haskell!

in my adventure i think i almost settled on BSPWM, there are a bunch of features that i wish i3 had but it treats workspaces in a different way and did not offer enough it makes a switch worth while (for me)

i have been on a two day adventure in the world of Tiling window managers. i ended up back on i3.. but know i know i here because its best for me, not because i dont know how to use the others

I love duckduckgo I will not use google search again! I was trying to find a political article posted sometime ago for a friend. I searched google and all I saw was anti-Trump articles. What I was looking for was 8 pages deep. I used the same terms on duck duck go and it was the third link down. I am tired of companies like google trying to push specific view points and not giving me what I was actually looking for. Search engine should not be bios on either side.

All #TheAwayTeam's achievements are quotes from noteworthy literature. The base ones are very good (@ninjaburger is evidently well read), but I made Lost Exodus' a little more accessible, hoping to lead more players to make the connection/read up on ones they're not familiar with.

Yeah! Finally managed to get Aliens vs Predator (from 2010) working with #proton on #Linux. I rated it platinum with #winehq stable (atm 3.0.3), but that changed with a newer version of wine. It's still gold, just set xaudio2_5 to native. Details github.com/ValveSoftware/Proto
